IIT Delhi has issued an official statement regarding this change:
“Due to Mahakumbh, the JAM 2025 exam (both sessions) scheduled to be held on 2 February 2025 will be shifted from Prayagraj to Lucknow. Candidates can download the new admit card from the JOAPS portal. We regret any inconvenience caused.”
GATE 2025 Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Revised Admit Card: All candidates must check their updated admit card and verify the test centre details.
- Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry a photo ID, which was uploaded during the online application process and is also mentioned on the admit card.

To download the updated admit card, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website: https://joaps.iitd.ac.in/login
- Enter your login credentials.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- The updated JAM admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Verify the details and download the admit card.
