The JEE Main Session 2 is expected to be held from April 1 to 8, 2025. Mark your calendars!

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has now activated the link for candidates to check their exam city for JEE Main Session 2. If you’ve registered for the exam, head over to the official NTA website to find out your designated exam city.
Here’s how to check your exam city for JEE Main Session 2:
- Go to the official JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the JEE Main Session 2 registration link.
- A new page will appear with the link to view JEE Main 2025 exam cities.
- Click on the link and enter your login details.
- Your exam city will be displayed – make sure to save it for future reference.
Registrations for JEE Main Session 2 are currently open and will close on February 25, 2025. Be sure to submit the application fee by February 24, 2025. The window for correcting any details in the application form will be announced soon. City intimation slips will be available in the second week of March 2025, and admit cards will be released three days before the exam.
JEE Main Session 2 is tentatively set to be held from April 1 to 8, 2025, with the results expected to be announced on April 17, 2025. For reference, the JEE Main Session 1 exam took place from January 22 to 30, 2025.
The exam for Paper 1 (BE/BTech), Paper 2A (BArch), and Paper 2B (BPlanning) will be held for three hours. However, the exams for BArch and BPlanning will be slightly longer, lasting three hours and 30 minutes.
Candidates taking the exam must adhere to the rules and regulations and refrain from engaging in any unfair means practices. If a candidate is found involved in any unfair practices during, before, or after the exam, they will be charged under the UNFAIR MEANS (U.F.M.) policy. This could result in a 3-year debarment from future exams and may also lead to criminal charges or any other actions deemed appropriate.
